Google Form is the feature of Google Drive, used for Surveys, Tests & Quizzes and collecting information with the collaboration of Google Sheets and Google Drive.

Creating a Google Form (Test or Quiz)

 

Creating needs to open Google Forms by signing in to Google account.

Setting Google form for Quiz

Need to change Settings for setting form as Quiz a

  • At the top right, click Settings.
  • Click Quizzes. Make this a quiz.
  • Optional: To collect email addresses, click General. Collect email addresses.
  • Click Save
